The two-storey, rectangular building is a detached residential building in Berlin- Alt-Marienfelde, which was built around 1703 and rebuilt after a fire in 1733-1748. The property is a listed building and was registered as an architectural monument in 1988. The residential building was extensively renovated in accordance with the preservation order and received a federal award for craftsmanship in the preservation of historical monuments in 2017.
