The work includes the modernization of the lobby and reception area, the conversion of the conference wing into additional rooms and offices, the extension and redesign of the restaurant and the refurbishment of 164 guest rooms with bathrooms. At the same time, the building's technical systems will be renewed and upgraded in terms of fire protection. The result is a contemporary hotel with a high standard of comfort in a central location.
