In Berlin-Lichtenberg, the construction of a new residential building is to close the construction gap at Konrad-Wolf-Strasse 101. The planned apartments are 2-4 rooms in size with a total of seven different apartment types. South-east balconies and a garden for the ground floor apartment offer maximum living comfort. Parquet floors with underfloor heating as well as high-quality bathroom fittings are freely selectable and are part of the standard equipment.
The classic-modern façade blends purposefully into the street scene. Details such as the brick slips in the plinth area or the central risalit create accents.
