The art nouveau building in Käthe-Niederkirchner-Straße 10 is to shine in new splendour thanks to a façade and staircase renovation. The monochrome overall façade in a light shade of ochre integrates the residential building well into its surroundings. The ground floor is set off by a shade darker.
The new staircase was designed and implemented in accordance with the restoration findings. This results in a harmonious interplay between the exterior and interior.
