The residential and commercial building at Böckhstraße 30 in Berlin-Kreuzberg was built in the 1950s according to plans by Bruno Döring and is now a listed building. MTM ARCHITEKTUR was commissioned to refurbish the building envelope.
The planned measures include the restoration of the façades, balconies, arcades, windows and roof as well as the restoration of characteristic building components in accordance with the preservation order. The aim is to preserve the architectural heritage and at the same time to sustainably improve the technical and structural quality of the building.
