An elegant and at the same time generously wide cut 5-room old building apartment with a modern look. The conversion included the redesign and repair of all usable rooms. The bathroom was modernised and, together with the newly designed kitchen, now forms a modern contrast to the existing building. In addition, a lighting concept was implemented that cleverly sets the scene for historical elements and reinterprets them. With sensitivity and attention to detail, elements such as the various parquet shapes, the opulent double doors and the richly decorated brass fittings were repaired and restored by hand.
