The two-storey, rectangular building is a detached residential building in Berlin- Alt-Marienfelde, which was built around 1703 and rebuilt after a fire in 1733-1748. The object is under monument protection and was registered in 1988 as an architectural monument. The residential building was extensively renovated in accordance with the preservation order and was able to achieve a federal award for craftsmanship in the preservation of historical monuments in 2017. The renovation measures include the repair of the roof structure, windows, doors, exterior walls, ceilings and building services.
